Transition from followership to leadership is based on constructive criticism which improves good governance, we must lead the process of accountability or adopt the local way of recalling politicians who are not true representations of the people instead of complaining without participating.

The causing factors of poor followership was not left out of the discussion, which are responsible for retrogressive progress, true and committed followership is what drives the process of good leadership.

Barrister Aigbokhan, went further to profile a solution to the problem. No matter how developed you are, if the institution that reigns over you are not developed, you are disabled.

RECOMMENDATIONS.

(1). Followers should push for prioritised training of citizens, especially in vocational skills training with certification as an alternative should be encourage.

(2). The judiciary and its privilege are the engine room for good leadership, national development, through her ruling, judgement reviews and others.

(3). In case of aligning with the rules of international development, professionals, especially lawyers must be conscious of social engineering in society. The least offences where they have been obstructed the anti-graft agency in expending the rate of criminality. This gives room for serious concern, rule of law is just as important as promoting public confidence. There must be less cases of technicality and more of pro-bono service to be encourage.

(4). The media is not doing enough, Barrister Aigbokhan advised they must keep both executive and legislative under close watch. The press must not only mirror what the government is doing, but also report the masses reaction to their poor policies, that will cause them sleepless night. The essence is to make leaders creative.

(5). The importance of local family values, no one can achieve change without a platform for change. Acceptance of collective responsibility is what we need, if we leave the field for the ruling class we can never achieve the change we desire. They shape the discussion of what is happening to ridicule us, our personal agenda has swallowed our collective agenda, we are falling apart. We must sit down as people and tell ourselves to collaborate against our collective enemy and their master plan of acrimony, indifference, national accumulation of our common wealth. We must come together to roll out map to move our country forward, Barrister Aigbokhan submitted.

The lecture was very educative, engaging with practical examples, along with questions and answers section and it came to a close.
